Taiying Optoelectronics polyimide materials are mainly divided into yellow high-temperature-resistant 300-degree Celsius and transparent polyimide high-temperature-resistant 300-degree Celsius adhesive materials, which are suitable for flexible AMOLED & PMOLED substrates. The recommended process is Slot Die Coating & Nitrogen Baking (which can reduce the b value), and the viscosity can be adjusted according to customer needs.

Taiying Optoelectronics POPI-S03TY-G001
Gas Barrier PI Film (Batch Type) water-blocking oxygen-layer polyimide sheet, up to 10-4 water-gas barrier effect. 370mm x 470mm glass substrate/release layer material/polyimide polymer/water and gas barrier layer. It is suitable for flexible display substrates and can be removed mechanically. The release force of polyimide sheets is less than 10g/cm2. It is suggested that ITO or other electrode materials can be sputtered directly on the water and gas barrier layer, and related display materials can be stacked.
